With high quality, speed and sensible pricing as its primary objectives, ProConveyancing is a fully online residential conveyancing service focused on England and Wales. The Firm’s aim is to decrease the time for property transactions to complete, providing an app to speed up the process with integrated e-signatures, document storage and case progress tracking to its customers.

Main Purpose of Job

We're looking for a self-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to play a crucial role in the expansion of our sales and marketing efforts. This person will have ownership of our paid marketing, content marketing, outbound marketing, digital event coordination, social media and SEO.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining a regular flow of content onto ProConveyancing's blog and social media, setting up and managing paid advertising, building out new website content, developing and refining email funnels, managing outreach, creating content (flyers, whitepapers), reviewing and editing articles from content writers, setting up and managing paid ads, as well as helping craft and execute on wider campaigns to support marketing KPIs.

The ideal candidate is a detail oriented person with a go-getter personality and prior experience working within marketing for a startup. This person should be able to think on their feet and come up with new initiatives for the company’s marketing efforts. Good writing skills are a requirement.

You will report to the Marketing Director and will be working independently but with support from a cross-functional team composed of content writers, SEO specialists, UI/UX designers, and website developers. Ample training will be offered around industry specifics, product details, and more. There is room to grow within the organization.

The role is remote and applicants regardless of location within the UK are encouraged to apply.

As a Senior Business Development Associate reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

You will proactively engage with clients and introducers providing a friendly and approachable service, advising them on the process of conveyancing.

Selling Services over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters

Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.

Strictly adhere to the process requirements

Requirements

Educational

Graduate in any discipline

Basic computer skills MS Excel, Word

Functional

4+ years’ experience in Business Development

2+ years’ experience in UK/USA Projects

Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written)

Good convincing ability and confident personality.

Full understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing of deal.

ProConveyancing is an online residential conveyancing firm based in Berkshire, United Kingdom with a national footprint.

This firm has an exciting approach and an abundance of entrepreneurial spirit, looking to disrupt the industry and dislodge the entrenched competition. Disruption is firmly placed within this firm's DNA, headed by Gary R. Markham with his 25+ years of legal, technology, management consulting, and leadership experience. Growing a new outfit is not new to Gary, having personally lead businesses to land deals and flourishing partnerships with several Fortune 500 companies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious salespeople. You will be working with senior management team who will invest in you, giving you the skills that are needed to become a fully-rounded business development people.

You will need a 4+ years’ experience in Business Development, and a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in dealing with international client (USA/UK). The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual looking to grow into a more senior role.

Benefits and Salary

Salary is in the region of INR 4 Lakhs - 5 Lakhs per year depending on experience.

Hours of work are 1.00PM – 10.00PM, Monday to Friday
