ProConveyancing is an online residential conveyancing firm based in Berkshire with a national footprint. The Firm is backed by the Past President of NAEA Propertymark, Mark Bentley, joining the Firm as Strategic Development Director and bringing with him 40+ years of experience in the property market. With high quality, speed and sensible pricing as its primary objectives, ProConveyancing is a fully online residential conveyancing service focused on England and Wales. The Firm’s aim is to decrease the time for property transactions to complete, providing an app to speed up the process with integrated e-signatures, document storage and case progress tracking to its customers.
We're looking for a self-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to play a crucial role in the expansion of our sales and marketing efforts. This person will have ownership of our paid marketing, content marketing, outbound marketing, digital event coordination, social media and SEO.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining a regular flow of content onto ProConveyancing's blog and social media, setting up and managing paid advertising, building out new website content, developing and refining email funnels, managing outreach, creating content (flyers, whitepapers), reviewing and editing articles from content writers, setting up and managing paid ads, as well as helping craft and execute on wider campaigns to support marketing KPIs.
The ideal candidate is a detail oriented person with a go-getter personality and prior experience working within marketing for a startup. This person should be able to think on their feet and come up with new initiatives for the company’s marketing efforts. Good writing skills are a requirement.
You will report to the Marketing Director and will be working independently but with support from a cross-functional team composed of content writers, SEO specialists, UI/UX designers, and website developers. Ample training will be offered around industry specifics, product details, and more. There is room to grow within the organization.

We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to forge partnerships across the Midlands with companies/firms that can refer files to ProConveyancing. The successful salesperson will source new partnership opportunities and close these to achieve quotas of files referred to ProConveyancing by active partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by building and sustaining long-term partnerships with estate agents, mortgage lenders/brokers, property investment firms and other viable partners. As an outside Sales Representative, or Sales Agent, the candidate will also research competition and help improve the partnership program through acquired insights from partners/leads.
For context, ProConveyancing's partnership program functions in such a way that partners receive referral commission for sending files our way while also providing their clients with a high quality conveyancing service that speeds up the property transaction process. It's a win-win relationship, and this role's purpose is to establish new such partnerships across the UK.

“Get the sale” using various methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
Forecast closings, develop “out of the box” strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Evaluate partner needs and build productive long lasting relationships
Research accounts and generate or follow through partnership leads
Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
Maintain and expand partnership database within your assigned territory
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
Meet file referral count and partnership acquisition targets
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Self motivated and driven
Previous experience within property or law
5+ years of proven sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Track record of over-achieving quota
Compensation based on experience
Commission on files referred
3% pension matching per year
