Main Purpose of Job

We're looking for a self-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to play a crucial role in the expansion of our sales and marketing efforts. This person will have ownership of our paid marketing, content marketing, outbound marketing, digital event coordination, social media and SEO.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining a regular flow of content onto ProConveyancing's blog and social media, setting up and managing paid advertising, building out new website content, developing and refining email funnels, managing outreach, creating content (flyers, whitepapers), reviewing and editing articles from content writers, setting up and managing paid ads, as well as helping craft and execute on wider campaigns to support marketing KPIs.

The ideal candidate is a detail oriented person with a go-getter personality and prior experience working within marketing for a startup. This person should be able to think on their feet and come up with new initiatives for the company’s marketing efforts. Good writing skills are a requirement.

You will report to the Marketing Director and will be working independently but with support from a cross-functional team composed of content writers, SEO specialists, UI/UX designers, and website developers. Ample training will be offered around industry specifics, product details, and more. There is room to grow within the organization.

The role is remote and applicants regardless of location within the UK are encouraged to apply.

As a Conveyancer reporting to the Head of Legal Practice, you will possess the necessary skills and take responsibility for the management of your own pipeline of residential conveyancing cases from instruction through to post completion along with the support of a full legal administrative team and using the latest in technology.

You will ensure compliance with the internal processes and procedures of ProConveyancing at all times together with third-party rules and regulations.

You will proactively engage with clients and introducers providing a friendly and approachable service, advising them on the process of conveyancing.

Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post completion.

To comply with completion targets which are set from time to time by adopting an effective time management schedule.

To be proactive and notify the management of issues requiring attention.

To comply with internal and external SLAs and CLC regulatory requirements.

To comply with Anti Money Laundering Guidance issued by the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

To manage the expectations of external partners and clients.

To attend and pass all relevant training sessions requested by your Line Manager.

To be proactive in relation to suggesting ways of automating, streamlining and efficiency savings.

Have up to date knowledge of SDLT rules and regulations and to implement these into the processes.

Have up to date knowledge of Land Registry Rules, Regulations and Forms to enable the efficient processing of files.

To deal in the first instance with complaints that arise on cases and seeking to manage these to a satisfactory conclusion in line with ProConveyancing complaints procedure.

Take part in team meetings to share learning and improve processes.

Undertake any other additional tasks as required by your Line Manager.

Requirements

Minimum of two years’ post qualification experience in residential conveyancing.

Be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and expertise in dealing with a mixed residential caseload including but not limited to sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold along with shared ownership, new build, remortgages and transfers of equity cases.

Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work towards deadlines.

Excellent organizational skills.

Good IT skills with solid experience on case management systems

£26K - £30K, based on experience.
